Our CNC Milling section is equipped with the latest machines, tooling, and CAD-CAM. This allows us to offer an efficient, cost effective and flexible service. All our machines are CNC and our capacity is detailed below. Our largest machine allows us to machine components up to 3m in length, our range of Doosan DNM’s (complete with 4th axis) allows us to manufacture precision repeatable parts, and our newest addition Doosan DNM4000 with its compact size and rapid travel allows for reduced cycle times (providing you with better value components).
We regular manufacture parts from S355J2+N and 316L. We specialise in the manufacture of parts from exotic materials (S32760 & INC625); over the years we have developed a great deal of expertise in the machining and handling of these material.
