Our quality control process

We want to ensure the manufactured parts and products we produce at our northeast base are of the highest standard and meet the demands of their intended use, therefore testing plays a key role in our quality management system.
Our machined component inspection service uses a dedicated inspection room that provides a controlled environment for our staff to utilise their expertise and skills using calibrated equipment to provide quality assurance. We use coordinate measurement machines (CMM) and specialised inspection equipment to put each piece through rigorous testing to ensure the parts we make conform to the highest quality standards in terms of performance and safety.
This process also helps to improve efficiency by highlighting quality issues that can be rectified quickly at the manufacturing stage, thereby eliminating the need for costly repairs or replacements in the future.
